Programme objective: To develop a sustainable competitiveness model for a Russian university and tools for implementing this model at universities participating in the 5-100 Project.

Programme objective: To build a management team responsible for creating and implementing university development programmes who have the necessary competencies for change management at the university, in accordance with the Development Programme for the Lomonosov Northern (Arctic) Federal University.

Prospects of the Arkhangelsk Region: Development strategy and resources integrated educational programme, created by SEDeC as a pilot project aimed at developing both a strategy for the region and priority regional development projects. Programme participants included current managers and employees from the management pool of the government of the Arkhangelsk Region and the Lomonosov Northern (Arctic) Federal University, as well as representatives of businesses in Arkhangelsk.
